• Your region and the property or model you are interested in
• Technical information about your device and browser, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited
• Your preferences, and any information you give us when you request a pack, enquire or book a viewing

Why We Use Your Information and Our Legal Basis

We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry, send information packs and contact you about buildings that match your preferences (contract steps you request, or our legitimate interest in responding to you).
• To have a salesperson follow up and arrange viewings (contract steps you request, or our legitimate interest).
• To improve our website and measure our advertising (your consent, where you accept analytics or marketing cookies).
• To send you surveys or ask about your experience (your consent, or our legitimate interest where permitted by law).
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

If You Do Not Give Us Your Information

If you do not give us your contact details, we will not be able to:

• send you details of buildings that match your preferences
• have a salesperson get in touch to follow up
• ask you about your experience through surveys

If you do not tell us about your preferences, you may receive a wider range of material from us.

How We Collect Information

Most Personal Information is collected directly from you through our enquiry, information pack and viewing booking forms.

Some technical information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website, as described below.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories. You choose which optional categories to allow using the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer.

• Strictly necessary: remembers your cookie choice and supports basic site security and navigation. These do not require consent.
• Analytics (requires consent): Google Analytics (measurement ID G-R32J7C8YBJ) collects pages viewed, approximate location and device information to help us understand site usage. Cookies used include _ga and _gid.
• Marketing (requires consent): Google Ads (AW-10938625593) measures ad performance and may show relevant ads; Meta Pixel (ID 756123559766286) measures and optimises Facebook and Instagram advertising and sets the _fbp cookie; HubSpot (tracking code and the hubspotutk cookie) records website activity and links enquiries to contacts in our CRM.
• Embedded third-party content: the 3D showhome tour (Matterport) and the online viewing booking calendar (HubSpot Meetings) are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies when you choose to load them.

Who We Share Information With

We share Personal Information with other members of Premium Portables Limited and with service providers who help us run the business, including our customer relationship management (CRM) provider HubSpot, Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram advertising), Matterport and our website hosting providers. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to keep it secure.

We do not sell Personal Information for money. Where marketing cookies are enabled, some information is shared with advertising partners, which may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA. You can opt out by choosing Reject non-essential in the cookie banner or by changing your choice in Cookie Preferences.

What We Do With Your Information

The Personal Information we collect is stored on our servers and in our CRM. Some of this information is shared with other members of Premium Portables Limited.

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of your Personal Information. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Personal Information may be stored and processed on servers located outside New Zealand, including in the United States and Europe, where our service providers operate. Where information is transferred, we require providers to protect it to a comparable standard.

How Long We Keep Information

Enquiry and sales records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting contract, and then for up to 7 years where required by business record or tax obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Cookie lifetimes are described by each provider; analytics cookies typically last up to 2 years.

Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can request access to the Personal Information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.

If you are in the EU, UK or California you may also have the right to: access and receive a copy of your data (portability); have data erased; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing); lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; and, under the CCPA, know what categories of data we collect and share, and opt out of sale or sharing of Personal Information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the cookie banner (Reject non-essential) or the Cookie Preferences link in the footer to turn off marketing cookies. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.

Unsubscribe

You can opt out or unsubscribe from our email list by using the "Unsubscribe" option in any email we send, or by contacting us.
